Fifth grade experience

Dear fifth grade families,
Our fifth graders are getting ready to leave Wickliffe and move on to middle school! To celebrate the incredible people they have become, the PTO and teachers are planning end-of-year activities. Please help us by completing this form today:
- select your student's T-shirt size,
- enter important information about your child's participation in the fifth grade party,
- upload kindergarten and fifth grade photos (8MB max file size), and
- pay a contribution toward the costs.
We are asking for a donation of $30 per student to help fund the fifth grade party, the fifth grade town meeting, and the graduation cookie reception. If your family is not in a position to make this contribution, please still fill out this form and then use the scholarship code 2024GRAD at checkout to waive the contribution fee.
Key dates:
- Fifth grade only outdoor lunches will be held on Mondays on April 29, May 6, May 13, and May 20
- Fifth grade party will be after school on Friday, May 17, from 2:50-5 p.m., at Wickliffe
- Fifth grade graduation town meeting and cookie reception will be on the second-to-last day of school on Wednesday, May 22
