After School Discovery

The PTO offers After School Discovery (ASD) classes throughout the school year. ASD is offered to grades K-5 with a variety of classes held immediately after school at Wickliffe or at local businesses. Programs can be 4-8 weeks long or a one-day class. Instructors are from area businesses and organizations, including Wickliffe parents.

Course-specific communications will be sent from, while other communications may come from the ASD committee at wickliffeptoasd@gmail.comPlease add these two email addresses to your approved senders list to ensure you receive important information, such as schedule changes.

We regularly seek volunteers for ASD dismissal for monitoring that students are exiting promptly, supervising those waiting to be picked up, and contacting emergency contact if not picked up by 4:10pm. If you are willing and able to help, please let us know through our Volunteer Sign-Up Form. Whether you can volunteer only one afternoon or a regular series of afternoons, we welcome your help! Interested in joining the ASD committee? See our contact information below!

We welcome all Wickliffe students to participate in ASD. A limited number of scholarships is available to help close the gap between a family's ability to pay and the course fee. Applications for consideration can be submitted to the ASD Committee through the Scholarship Request Form. Submissions will be treated with discretion and only shared as needed for the purpose of approving and awarding scholarship funds.
