Report An Absence

AbsenCE from school 

If your child will be absent from school, please contact Erin Braunns by emailing wickliffeattendance@uaschools.org. If you are emailing your child's teacher regarding attendance, simply copy wickliffeattendance - no need to send separate emails.

Medically excused absence

If your child visits a doctor, dentist etc., please scan/email or fax (614-487-5047) your excuse so we can note a medically excused absence.

Planned absence

For planned absences, you will need to complete the planned absence form found here. These forms should be submitted at least 5 days prior to the absence whenever possible.
