Annual Wickliffe Fun Run, Walk, and Roll

Friday, October 10
Students can run, walk, or roll on a course on Wickliffe grounds. Families and friends can come watch and cheer them on!
- Kindergarten and first grade: 8:30-9 p.m.
- Second and third grades: 9:20-9:50 a.m.
- Fourth and fifth grades: 10:10-10:40 a.m.
If you’re able to sponsor your participant, we suggest a donation from $10-$25 which will go toward supporting the Wickliffe PTO
Donations help with school beautification, teacher grants, field trips, fun school events such as Wickapalooza, Fall Fest, and more!

If your children are like ours, once they discover who their teacher is, they can't wait to know who else will be in their class! Update your family's directory information to add your child's teacher assignment and review your family profile and settings.

The online directory can only be viewed by current Wickliffe families. The Wickliffe Family Directory is a secure, password-protected online directory that allows Wickliffe families to easily update their own contact information, and find the contacts of the parents of their student's classmates and friends. School Supplies

We’re excited to continue our bulk school supply program for the upcoming 2025–2026 school year.

Wickliffe has used this equitable model for several years, and now the district has decided to expand it to all elementary schools. The district set a limit of $40 per student, which is the same as Wickliffe's cost last year. To stay within the limit for this year, our teachers were able to refine their orders and reuse some inventory from last year.

Thanks to their help, this year’s flat fee is $37 per student. This covers nearly all school supplies (shared and individual) needed to start the year fully prepared. The only items families will need to provide are a backpack and headphones. Everything else, including notebooks, crayons, folders, and markers, will be delivered directly to classrooms before the first day of school.

If the supply fee creates a financial burden, please don’t hesitate to contact us at wickliffepto@gmail.com. We are here to support students and families and want to work with you to ensure every student is prepared.

Field Trip Transportation

One of the most important contributions that the PTO makes is providing funds for student field trips. Teachers will no longer ask parents during the school year for field trip money. To help cover the cost of bussing, we are asking families to pay a one-time donation of $15 to cover bussing for the year. This donation can be paid anytime throughout the school year.

PTO Membership

Every dollar raised by the PTO helps fund student events, field trips, special grade-level activities, and classroom extras through teacher grants.

An easy way to support the work that we do is by donating $30 per family to join. Plus, members get access to our online student directory—your go-to resource for connecting with classmates and other families throughout the year. Our hope is that every Wickliffe family will become members. Please join today!

NOTE: Please use the "QTY" dropdown to select how many students you are purchasing back to school supplies and field trip transportation fees for, and you will be prompted for each student's name and grade.

Attention all 4th and 5th grade parents/caretakers: If your child is interested in joining the Golden Star Choir, please fill out the Google form here: https://forms.gle/Jf7d7iiGDuBi42eu8 There is a $10 choir fee to help with shirts & props, this can be paid by clicking on account -> forms on the PTO website.
