Spirit Wear
Our fabulous Spirit Wear Guru, Melissa Jackson, is looking for a support person with Spirit Wear this year. She specifically needs support with tracking inventory, online orders, and quarterly treasury reports. If numbers and being organized is your thing, then we need you! Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI)
The DEI committee is looking for a chair/school liaison. This person would work directly with Stacy Pilutti (our Wickliffe staff DEI representative); Matt Boaz, the District Director of DEI; and DEI chairs from the other UA schools. It would typically involve a meeting every quarter with the district, and maybe a once every couple months check in with Stacy and the other school chairs. You would help pass information back and forth and provide direction for the PTO DEI Committee. Wickliffe Social (formerly Informal Affair)
The committee for the Wickliffe Social is holding its first meeting on Tuesday, September 6, at 7:30 p.m. at the school. We are looking for more committee members to help plan this November's adult-only fundraising event. After School Discovery (ASD)
This committee works throughout the year to provide after-school enrichment classes/programs for our K-5 students. There are fall, winter, and spring ASD sessions and this committee is looking for more volunteers to help make this amazing offering continue smoothly throughout the year. If you are interested in being on the ASD committee, please contact Marissa Martin at marisa.martin@me.com

Angela is working with the district to install more bike racks near the front entrance of the school in the coming weeks. We know the rack in the back has been really crowded. Thank you for your patience as this gets resolved! Please remember to walk your bike once on school property to avoid any collisions with others.

We have again chosen Foertmeyer & Sons Greenhouse to help us raise funds for this year’s campaign. 

A catalog will be coming home this week with your student. And be on the lookout for your student’s web sale code which will be sent directly to your email. You can share this link with your friends and family so that they can purchase their flowers online!  

The fall mum sale was a huge success last year and enabled us to provide teacher grants for all of our teachers and staff. Let’s do it again this year!

Our fabulous Chef Mike could use two volunteers every day for lunch. It is a super fun way to contribute and see all the students at lunch time. Sign up below.

The Wickliffe PTO is excited to sponsor a pilot program for bulk school supply order for the 2022/2023 school year!

Wickliffe teachers completed school supply lists for the 2022/2023 academic school year and the PTO submitted the supply order for all classrooms. By doing this, we can pass along the benefits of bulk pricing and the convenience of doing the shopping for you! This also ensures that all students start the year with the same supplies.

Starting in July, you will be able to pay your students’ school supply fee of $35 on our PTO website. All supplies will be delivered to your students’ classroom. If you have any questions regarding this pilot, please contact Dawn Hofherr at dawn.kuritz@gmail.com.
