Wickliffe Art Show

1/9/2024 7:18 pm

Wickliffe's third annual Wickliffe Art Show is Tuesday, April 9, and Wednesday, April 10!

This two-night open house (6-8 p.m.) will be fun for your entire family - we will socialize, view, and purchase student artwork, listen to music, and buy raffle tickets for some amazing family-focused packages and experiences!

Click here to Pre-Order artwork »

But we need help! We are still accepting donations for any kid- or family-focused items for our raffle. Students love putting raffle tickets into jars for a chance to win - email Chi at chi4osu@gmail.com to donate.

We are looking for volunteers to help before, during, and after the event! Sign up for a 1-hour volunteer timeslot here! Pickup dates for the framed artwork is 3pm-5pm on both 4/21 and 4/27, from Wickliffe.

Wickapalooza Family Music Festival - Friday, May 10

5/9/2022 3:35 pm

Wickapalooza is Friday, May 10!

The Golden Star Choir will perform from 6-7 p.m. and then we'll have a fun evening of family friendly activities from 7-9 p.m.

The Wickapalooza logo for this year has been designed by three of our amazing Wickliffe students! We are selling white cotton shirts with the Wickapalooza logo that have the option of being tie-dyed during the Festival on May 10th. We want to order the appropriate amount of t-shirts, so we are asking families to pre-order their shirts by Friday, April 12th and they will be picked up at the Festival. Shirts are $8 (just the shirt) or $12 (shirt to be tie-dyed). We will have all the tie-dye supplies on-site including gloves and baggies to take them home.

Order your t-shirt here »

We still need a volunteer to lead the communications and marketing for this event! If you're interested, reach out to wickliffepto@gmail.com

After School Discovery

3/21/2024 9:17 am

We are looking forward to a great spring session of Wickliffe PTO's After School Discovery program. Classes begin the week of April 1st. Check your child's backpack for the schedule, or visit https://www.wickliffepto.org/asd.

We could still use a few more volunteers to help guide safe dismissal of the students. It is a very short 30-minute volunteer slot, from 3:45-4:15 p.m.. Whether you can volunteer only one afternoon or a regular series of afternoons, we welcome your help! If you are already going to be picking your child up from a course, it would not require that much additional time, and would really help us out! Please sign up here.

Staff appreciation

1/9/2024 7:13 pm

The PTO Staff Appreciation Committee is continuing to partner with the Learning Center students each month to run the coffee cart. The students take custom orders from the staff and then deliver them throughout the building along with morning treats. It’s a wonderful collaboration and we are excited to continue it for the rest of the year.
